You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-designed lighting systems tailored to your specifications
• Installed irrigation components that have been connected to water supply
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item to our return address with the RMA number clearly marked

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when reporting the issue.

Installation Services

Professional installation services are non-refundable once the work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the installation quality, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.
